Every project follows the same calm sequence—so you know what happens next and when products will arrive. Timelines vary by room count and procurement lead times.
You share photos, floor plans and your move-in date. We discuss rooms, budget range and whether you need curtains, shelves or full furnishing layers.
We walk the apartment, note light direction, existing pieces to keep and architectural details. Measurements taken for curtains and large furniture placement.
Written proposal with fee breakdown and itemised product list—linen, cushions, ceramics, lighting, curtain fabrics. You approve before we order.
We coordinate deliveries from Lisbon suppliers and workrooms. Curtains go into production; furniture arrives staged for styling day.
Half or full day on site placing cushions, arranging shelves, hanging art and adjusting lighting. You walk through room by room before we leave.
Two weeks later we check in—small swaps, extra hooks or a seasonal shelf refresh if needed. Consultation hours available at €95/h thereafter.
