Home styling projects and consultations
These Terms govern styling services provided by Casa Clara Atelier ("we") to clients ("you") for home styling, soft furnishing and accessory curation in Portugal.
Consultations at €95/h are confirmed at booking. Custom styling projects require a written proposal. Proposals are valid for 21 days unless product availability or scope changes materially.
Projects above €890 require a non-refundable deposit stated on the proposal—typically 40% to secure the styling date and begin procurement. Balance is due before the final styling day unless agreed otherwise for corporate accounts. Product purchases are invoiced separately at cost plus the agreed procurement fee.
Consultations may be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice. Project cancellations after procurement has begun forfeit the deposit and may incur product costs already ordered. Scope changes are subject to a revised quote. Rush timelines requested after proposal acceptance may incur additional fees.
You agree to provide safe access to the apartment on agreed dates. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete renovation, missing keys or building restrictions you have not disclosed.
We source from trusted Lisbon suppliers. If a specified item is unavailable, we substitute with comparable quality and aesthetic unless you request otherwise. Significant substitutions are communicated before purchase.
Product returns follow each supplier's policy. We assist with claims for defective items delivered through our procurement service within 14 days of receipt.
We may photograph completed styling for portfolio use unless you opt out in writing before the styling day. Personal belongings visible in images remain your responsibility to review before publication.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service except where Portuguese consumer law provides otherwise. We are not liable for indirect loss such as delayed move-in costs beyond our control. We carry standard professional indemnity appropriate to our activity.
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Lisbon or your local jurisdiction if you qualify as a consumer under EU law.
